Mint Tea- for the Stomach
I know that in my house the stomach bug has been going around, where you can't seem to keep anything down. Well the remedy to help sooth the stomach is simple:
A table spoon of Chamomile and a tablespoon of Mint (any mint), place that in your loose tea container, heat the water, pour into coffee cup and steep that for 9 minutes, add a bit of honey so that it doesn't taste bad. Slowly drink the tea and maybe grab a few crackers to try and keep down!
